I consider Scratch to be the best educational software that I have ever seen, so I totally support the general idea of using Scratch for a project. The problem is "putting some meat on the bones" of your idea.
What are you going to do with Scratch? What resources are you going to use? How will we (both you and I) know if you have met your goals, unless you state them explicitly?
I have two Scratch books you could use as resources, and there are a wealth of things on-line, but you need to become familiar with these resources and think about how to use them if they are to be of any use to you.
